Participant Testimonials

“Giving life a new direction could be the headline for Katrin’s work. Katrin masterfully conveys embodiment and systemic constellation work, coupled with great sensitivity, mindfulness, love, and intuition. In this way, miracles can truly blossom from wounds. Thank you!”
– Brigitte G.

“Katrin’s offerings are profound and inspiring! In her yoga classes, something is always moved within my body or system, both internally and externally. I appreciate that she works holistically, guiding with heart and soul, along with a vast treasure of knowledge. This creates a space where one can show up with everything, feel welcome, and where themes can transform. I highly recommend Katrin for any kind of guidance!”
– Stephi P.

“The work, or I am inclined to say the ‘effect’ of Katrin’s work, evokes admiration. Without being controlling, with a clear direction, and at the same time acknowledging and respecting the (current) limits and possibilities of others. From a seminar with Katrin, you can take home a straw or a mountain of love and light.”
– Ewald G.

Philosophy

As human beings, expressing and acknowledging our unique individuality as well as our sense of belonging to something bigger is fundamental. Our moving body serves as a guide, showing us how to establish balance between these polarities within ourselves and enables us to feel alive and at peace.

“If you want peace upon earth, first establish peace in your heart.”
– Mirra Alfassa (co-founder of Integral Yoga)

“A super clear and easy-to-understand description of embodiment work and its roots. And many thanks for the practical exercises in it! I love it when I can go straight into feeling and experiencing with a book.”
– Verena E.

“The author manages to impressively describe highly complex inner dynamics with simplicity and clarity, conveying an appreciative approach in dealing with challenging topics. It appears to me that this book is suitable for both laypeople and professionals working in the psychosocial field, offering valuable insights for personal concerns as well as for guiding others. I feel enriched and will gladly refer to this reading again and again.”
– Sandra B.
