Von 30. Oktober bis 2. November 2025 im wunderschönen Miramar Hotel in Opatija, Kroatien
Ein Retreat zu Allerheiligen mit täglichen Yoga-Einheiten, kontemplativen Naturgängen und abendlichem Satsang (Impulse und Austausch zur Anwendung yogischer Weisheiten im Alltag).
An diesen Tagen stärkst du nicht nur deinen Körper, sondern auch dein Selbstvertrauen. Über die Bewegung und Zeit am Meer verbinden wir uns mit der Urquelle des All-eins-Sein und feiern unser bedingungsloses Eingebettetsein im Lauf des Lebenes.
Zeit zum Seele baumeln lassen am Meer, Baden und Saunieren/Wellnessen in der Miramar-Oase gibt es natürlich auch.
